The incumbent will analyze decisions without compromising overall underwriting policies and should have the ability to work independently and guide more junior colleagues. Identifies and provides solutions to work related problems and issues, negotiates and manages time and resources to meet deadlines and service times. Provides training and acts as an information resource for more junior underwriters.
